10 oz chopped Inspired Greens
1/3 cup milk
1/2 white cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan
3 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup diced white onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
24 small tart crusts with tins
1. Preheat oven to 425°.
2. Mix the cream cheese with the eggs with an electric mixer, adding eggs one at a time.
3. Mix in the milk, salt, and pepper. Add and mix the remaining ingredients: Inspired Greens, cheddar, parmesan, and onions.
4. Shape tart crusts into tear shapes and fill with mixture.
5. Place tins on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
6. Cool and serve!
